Caprice Bure – American model, actress, TV star, business-woman. The bulk of her career tied with the United Kingdom, where it is referred to simply as Caprice. However, on American television is also known for its participation in programs such as “Unreal life” (“The Surreal Life”).

Caprice Valerie Bure was born October 24, 1971 in Uayttere (CA) French-working family of Jewish origin. Parents – Dale Tempest and Valerie Pion were immigrants from Quebec (Canada). Caprice grew up in Hacienda Heights (CA), and then, in 1996, moved to the UK to continue her modeling career. The appearance of translucent clothes for awarding the British National Television Awards in 1996 and helped it to become recognizable in public.
At age 25, she became one of the most recognizable British fashion models. She appeared on the cover of «GQ», «Cosmopolitan», «Esquire», «Maxim», «FHM», «Swimsuit Issue» (supplement to the magazine «Sports Illustrated»). Bure posed nude for the March issue of the magazine «Playboy» in the year 2000. She was recognized as Woman of the Year of the magazine «GQ» and within three years became International Woman of the Year by the magazine «Maxim». She participated in the television advertising of Diet Coke and Pizza “Hut”. He is currently the face of “Paradise Poker.com” and looks at simple inhabitants of London with billboards and other advertising products worldwide.
In 2000, Bure has signed an agreement with trade network “Debenhaus” the right to use his name for a new line of lingerie, which already has a thriving market success of these products. The model is also the founder of the company “by Caprice”, which launched the sale of its own range of tools for styling hair. Sales fell short of expectations, and the consignment had to sell at a lower price in half.
Caprice has participated in several productions in London, and low-budget films – “raiders from Hollywood” (“Hollywood Flies”, 2004), “Nailing Vienna” (2002) and “Jinxed In Love” (2004). There were also shooting in melodramas “Hollyoaks” (“Hollyoaks”), “Dream Team” (“Dream Team”) and the sitcom “Hospital”.
In 1998, Bure was the leading British TV show “Caprice’s Travels”, which covered the issues of the tour leading to the most significant global holiday destination. She also led several award ceremony, among them Prize MTV, World Music Award of Monaco, British Television Award, and others.
Caprice ranked 120th (out of 700 possible) in the World Cup of Poker, beating actors Ben Affleck, Matthew Perry, Toby Maguire and James Woods.
