Louise Fletcher was born July 22, 1934 in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
The second of six children in the family; daughter Estelle Caldwell and Robert Revenda Kepersa Fletcher, who was an Episcopal priest from Arabs, Alabama. Both of her parents were deaf and working with people deprived of hearing and with hearing-impaired. Fletcher’s father was the founder of more than 40 churches for the deaf population of Alabama. Louise, along with his brothers and sisters, Roberta, John and Georgina, all born without any abnormalities in the hearing; her aunt to learn to talk, and that affected the Fletcher further choice to become an actress. Studying at the University of North Carolina, Louise went to Los Angeles, California, where she found a job in the evenings and the Secretary took acting classes.
Career

Private
Fletcher was married to a literary agent, and producer Jerry Beek from 1960, in 1977, their alliance fell apart. They had two sons, John Deshiel Beek Beek and Andrew Wilson, for which the actress for 11 years refused to his vocation.
