Your real name Charlie Baltimore – Tiffany Lane. Lane was born on August 16, 1974 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mixed blood mixed in Tiffany gave the world the talent of Charlie Baltimore. Her father – a German, and his mother – black. But the girl raised by her older sister, Yolanda, as between parents constantly had quarrels and conflicts, and the girl did not know firsthand what racism is.
