Amy was born on July 7, 1968 in the village of Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Her family was large – Amy has two sisters and a brother. When she was 13, her family moved to Jordan in Amman, they lived there for a year until her parents taught at the School of American community. Actually, her parents traveled a lot because of his work – they were teachers employed, and therefore Amy as a child lived for a time in almost every state, except Alaska. The girl Amy showed good hearing. Amy has even been a part of two musical girl group when she lived in New York and Chicago.
After the completion of the contract, Amy returned to the US and went to college in Galesburg, Illinois. Here, she first plays in a student’s statement and that it captures. She begins to play some serious roles in the student theater and shows not only interest and talent. After successfully graduating from college with honors, Amy moved to New York and has already started here her stellar career.
Prior to 2008, Amy played a secondary role, but her game was appreciated by film critics. On account of its work in such famous series as “Law & Order” 1999 “NYPD” 1993-2005 year, “Ambulance” 1994-2009 year, several seasons in «CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” And the first time she appeared in the TV series “Another World.”
 In 2008, she first plays the first role in a feature film. Work is still ongoing, and the film still waiting for access to the screens. While before she had a relatively short track record of supporting roles in feature films, which, however, Amy played a bright and talented. During her career she has worked with many well-known actors and directors. In the 90 years she had a pretty tight shooting schedule – one year she managed to star in two more projects. So, in 1999 on the screens out “Third Watch” and “Law and Order” with its participation. And over the last decade Amy lowers the speed, and every year on the screens out another series or a film with her participation. In 2007 came just two films featuring Amy – “Anamorphic” and “Blackmail.”
Today, Amy is actively removed, she has a loving husband, Syd Butler, musician group «Les Savy FAV», and year-old daughter. Amy lives in Chinatown in Manhattan.
